ARS Unveils New Tools for Free Hosted Galleries

LAS VEGAS — ARS is offering webmasters a quick access tool to free hosted gallery links that affiliates use to promote ARS sites.

The new option, ARSGalleries, eliminates steps and saves webmasters time, the company told XBiz. It is also designed to help webmasters quickly generate hosted gallery promotional URLs for the entire spectrum of sites found in the ARS affiliate network.

This is the latest effort by Innovative Ideas Int’l., Ltd. - which operates ARS – to streamline use for affiliates.

In an interview, Innovative’s Vice President of Media Services, Scott Rabinowitz, described the tool’s advantages:

“With ARSGalleries, webmasters no longer have to build gallery sites," Rabinowitz told XBiz. "The gallery sites are pre-built. To use the tool, webmasters must enter their ARS account number. Previously, affiliates had to dig around for sponsor specific information. ARSGalleries helps them to navigate their way through affiliate interfaces to find specific gallery product links.”

Rabinowitz called ARSGalleries “plug and play,” and said that it offers “three ways to gather affiliate gallery links. This is another tool that saves time for affiliates to use galleries to promote the sponsor of their choice. It is a value added service that saves bandwidth.”

According to Innovative Ideas: “CSV files containing the entire collection of gallery links can be downloaded and used later. ARSGalleries also offers webmasters the ability to parse hosted gallery links into MySQL databases via PHP code available on the site.”

Innovative Ideas offers a wide range of revenue and traffic management solutions for both mainstream and adult webmasters. In July, it launched KissARS as an extra “one-stop shopping” tool to eliminate some of the steps affiliate webmasters must go through to get the correct URLs for promotional campaigns.

“It’s all about the time management,” Rabinowitz said.
